How we choose the installers we match you with.
We don't list every NSW installer. We list the ones who've met our criteria and continue to meet them. Here's what that means in practice.

CEC accreditation — current
Clean Energy Council Designer + Installer accreditation verified monthly. Lapsed licence = immediate suspension.
NSW DCCCEEW compliance
NSW regulatory requirements met. We cross-reference the public register quarterly.
Workmanship warranty ≥ 10 years
We only send leads to installers who put a 10-year roof-penetration warranty in writing on the quote.
Response time < 48 hours
We measure it. Partners who consistently miss the window are paused until they resolve capacity.
Quote includes all-in pricing
No hidden extras. STC discount applied upfront. We audit quotes for compliance.
Clean complaints record
We track complaints submitted through Photon Leads and via Fair Trading. Two unresolved complaints = review.

Application
Submit via the form below. We review CEC status, licence, insurance, and 6 months of customer references.
Trial period
First 10 leads are monitored closely — response time, quote quality, customer feedback.
Ongoing monitoring
Monthly licence check, quarterly audit, annual re-review. We'll let you know if anything needs attention before we act.
Apply to join the network.
We're selectively expanding the network into underserved NSW postcodes. If your CEC accreditation is current and you can service Sydney metro, the Hunter, the Illawarra, or the Central Coast, we want to hear from you.
