Consent Notice
Plain-English explanation of what you agree to when you use the free solar check and request a quote match.
When you run the free check
By submitting your address and contact details for the free solar check, you consent to:
- •Photon Leads stores your check data to generate your result and send it to your email address.
- •One follow-up email within 7 days if you haven't requested a match yet.
- •One optional SMS if you provided your phone number.
When you request a quote match
By requesting a quote match, you consent to:
- •Your first name, suburb, and system specification will be shared with up to 3 matched CEC-accredited installers in NSW.
- •Those installers contacting you by phone or email to arrange a detailed assessment and quote.
- •Photon Leads is receiving confirmation of the match from those installers.
What we will never do
- ✗Sell your data to third-party marketing lists.
- ✗Share your full address before you confirm the match.
- ✗Contact you more than twice without a response.
- ✗Add you to newsletter lists without a separate opt-in.
How to withdraw consent
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@photonleads.com with “Withdraw consent” in the subject line. We will delete your data within 7 business days and confirm by email.
This consent notice should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Effective date: 1 May 2026.
